Mobile telephone numbers

We now have the facility to send text messages to patients and are keen to ensure we have up to date mobile numbers for as many patients as possible. If you have changed your number recently or have never notified us of your mobile number, please speak to a member of the reception staff who will take your details and update your record.

The government plans to extract patient identifiable information from GP held medical records (date not confirmed). Further information on this initiative is available by clicking here. To opt out of the care.data programme, please click here to download our opt out form. Please complete and sign this form and post to the practice or hand to reception when you next visit.

Evening surgeries

We offer evening appointments on a Wednesday until 8.00 with both a GP and a nurse.

Phlebotomy service

You are now able to have your blood tests undertaken in the practice. Our phlebotomy clinics are held on a Monday and Friday morning but you may also attend Greenford Green clinic in Wadham Gardens which continues to provide a daily service.

Warfarin clinic

Our anticoagulation clinic is now fully established. Patients taking warfarin whose INR is stable no longer have to attend the hospital for their regular blood tests.

Booking appointments on-line

We now offer the facility to book appointments on-line. This enables you to make or cancel appointments when the practice is closed as well as to submit your repeat prescription request electronically. Please click on the Online Services link on the left hand side for further information.

Telephone surgery

If you would like to speak to a doctor on the telephone, please call between 12.00 and 12.30 any week day and reception staff will be pleased to put you through. There is no need to book and appointment - just call between these times. We also offer a small number of booked telephone appointments with the doctors where you book the appointment in advance and the doctor calls you at the time agreed. Please ask at reception if you would find this helpful.

Has your address or telephone number changed?

It is important that we have up to date information about where you live and where we can contact you, especially if we need to do so in an emergency. If you have moved or changed your telephone number, please remember to inform a receptionist who will provide you with a form to complete.

Did you know....?

If you are over 65 or have a chronic condition such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma, COPD or renal failure, you should have a once-only vaccination against pneumococcal pneumonia. If you have not had this injection, please book an appointment with one of our nurses.
